We have internal resources dedicated to technical service
including APM Hardware Test Lab

For analysts, testers and employees in the field of:

  • Initial configuration (set up)
  • Design, testing and modernization of APM in the area of ​​mechanical, electronic and telecommunication’s components
  • Repairs damaged APM components
  • Establishing failure repair procedures

Central Warehouse

Responsible for:

  • Maintaining an appropriate inventory of spare parts
  • Providing necessary tools and consumables

Structure

Our service covers the tasks of individual teams:

Technical Service Department:

- We carry out tasks in the field of installation, service and maintenance inspections of parcel lockers and intervention works related to them
- We coordinate the work of field engineers
- We ensure the highest SLA level
- Cooperate with the service request handling department
 

Setup and Transport Department:

- We coordinate location adaptation works and other orders in the area of ​​installation and transport of Parcel lockers
- We obtain and audit new locations for the installation of the APM device*

*the scope of work includes making a power connection, adaptation works related to hardening the ground and placing the Parcel locker in the target location. After each order, it is collected together with photo documentation and a subsequent audit is carried out.

2nd line support department

- We provide additional support and technical advice for less common faults and in cases requiring additional knowledge or consultation with the APM hardware laboratory or Pointpack IT departments
 
 
 

Project Management Department:

- We carry out comprehensive work on system integration
- We support project implementation and manage possible process changes and process reorganization
- We provide analyzes from the Data Science department supporting the selection of locations and optimization of APM, PUDO, click and collect networks for partners
